Overview

Streamline Designs and Frame Shoppe began in 1989 as The Frame Shoppe &
Gallery, serving Lafayette, Indiana with quality custom picture framing. We've
continued to offer the same high standard of quality ever since. Our shop staffs
two nationally-certified picture framers, and all framing work is done in-house.
Services include: Framing, Mounting, Dry-Mounting, Canvas Stretching, Needlework Stretching & Pinning, Matting, and Glass Replacement. We also do on-site hanging and installation and art consultations!

At Streamline Designs & Frame Shoppe, our archival materials and methods are approved by the Professional Picture Framers Association of America. Our materials are acid-free. Our mat boards are cotton rag, and our mounting boards are approved by the Library of Congress.

In addition to traditional framing, shadow boxes and display cases are a great way to display items that may otherwise be forgotten in a drawer or closet - military medals, sports jerseys and equipment, flags, and baby items are some of the more common pieces we've framed. We take care to sew items in place or use brackets to hold items in lieu of permanent adhesives.
